Description

Bali honeymoon Villa Bulan Madu: Celebrate your marriage under the sun.

Bulan Madu is the native direct translation for Honeymoon which also retains the meaning of the word. This picturesque villa which encompasses a land mass of 350 square metres lies off the shores of the Indian Ocean at the southernmost tip of the island in the region of Pecatu. Although Villa Bulan Madu is attached to the property of the main building, the much larger Villa Indah Manis, it remains private and discretion is assured.
This villa is ideal for those seeking solitude and want to be cut-off from the buzz of everyday life by escaping to a world clad in romance on their Bali honeymoon.

The honeymoon of your dreams.

The villa itself is a splendid sight to behold as it boasts stylish luxury living while retaining all the quintessential aspects of Balinese architecture. The structure employs an open-air concept, shielded with glass and wooden blinds. It contains one bedroom attached to an open air living room, all embellished in wood and traditional décor. A king sized canopy bed beckons romance with its flowing drapery and ceiling fans are scattered across the ceiling of the villa. The floor of the villa is made from coffee coloured marble which not only lends to the room’s rustic feel, but also retains coolness in Bali’s endless summer. However, if this does not suffice, the bedroom is air-conditioned for the comfort of guests. There is also a TV, DVD player, sound system and mini fridge for further convenience.
The bathroom of Villa Bulan Madu ushers in the mood of romance with its open air pavilion concept. It seems to float upon a luxurious water feature which encrusts it like a moat. The pavilion is braced by pillars which amplify the feeling of being amidst extravagance. A sunken Palimanan stone bathtub for two faces lush tropical greenery which places guests in the embrace of nature. Other features of the bathroom include a rain shower, a floating vanity unit, a sculptured terrazzo washbasin and a toilet. A traditional golden Buddha is nestled in the alcove adding to the serenity of the atmosphere. If guests wish to have absolute privacy, all the blinds can be closed. The romance hanging in the air of this villa is ideal for couples looking to rejoice in their marriage or relationship.

Setting the Bali honeymoon atmosphere.

Villa Bulan Madu is a private compound with its own garden and pool. Traditional elephant statues- a prominent animal in the mythologies of Indonesia- trace the entrance way towards the villa. A manicured garden with outdoor furniture offers views of Southern Balinese landscapes and the Indian Ocean stretches on as far as the eye can see. There is also a private gazebo or “bale” with cushions adorning it, where guests can seek shade from the sun after soaking in a 6x4 meter turquoise private pool. Sun-loungers and umbrellas decorate the poolside so guests can relax under the South East sunshine as time lazily ebbs away.
One of the specialities of Villa Bulan Madu is its candlelight dinners for two by the pool. Revel in the glow of the Balinese moonlight and feel the gentle sea breeze while dining on Western or Asian cuisine to add flavour to your recent marriage and your Bali Honeymoon experience.

Indulge your marriage with Indonesian hospitality.

Upon arrival, guests will be indulged right away with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and massage in their own suite courtesy of Villa Bulan Madu. It is also possible to rent both Villa Bulan Madu and Villa Indah Manis to accommodate larger groups of guests, which would amount to 6 bedrooms altogether. Those who stay at this lavish paradise villa are assured 5 star service from professional and friendly staff.

Highlights:

  • Ideal romantic retreat for honeymooners or couples;
  • Complete privacy with own pool and entrance;
  • Extensive views of sea from garden and living room.

Reviews

“Bulan Madu - part of Villa Indah Manis - delightful romantic tropical haven”
Bulan Madu is a perfect couple hideaway, in a delightful tropical garden, with own pool and terrace and daybed areas. Staff from Indah Manis, just the other side of the wall, are superb, providing warm and friendly service but respecting your personal space and privacy. Great chef. Hard to leave...
